Register your wallet

Tickets not showing up properly on the app? You may need to manually register your wallet for the draws. Why does this happen?

This sometimes happens when transactions partially fail due to low gas. The transaction goes through, and you receive your tokens, but the contract doesn't register you for the draws properly by assigning you your tickets. Who needs to do this?

You ONLY need to do this if you visit the Hyperpool app, connect your wallet, and don't see any tickets. If you hold 100 points, or more, you should have at least 1 ticket.

What to do about it?

You have two options: Option 1: Make a buy or sell of any size, with your gas limit set higher than normal, and this problem should resolve itself. Option 2: Register your wallet manually. To register your wallet manually: 1) visit the app overview: hyperpool.xyz/overview 2) Connect your wallet 3) Click 'Register Wallet' 4) Complete the transaction Troubleshooting: The 'register' transaction may fail if you have a high number of points.
