Hyperboost
Hyperboost is our unique approach to burning and staking on the Hyperpool platform. Instead of receiving yield rewards in the form of ETH for staking, or nothing in the case of burning, users are rewarded with increases in their Hyperpool points balance. Staking: Users who choose to stake their $HYPER tokens are rewarded with 2x the points for every token they have staked, for the length of the chosen staking period.
Burning: Users who choose to burn their $HYPER tokens are rewarded with 4x the points for every token they have burned, which they keep forever.
Occasionally, we might choose to offer a higher reward for burning your tokens as a special event. Keep an eye out on our socials for one of these unique events known as a 'Burn Bonus Event'.

Staking example:
You have 100 $HYPER tokens, which by default have an associated 100 points. You choose to STAKE 50 of those tokens for a period of 3 months, for which you are rewarded points at a rate of 2x for that period.
(50x2=100) + 50 = 150
For the next 3 months, you have a total of 150 points. When you UNSTAKE those tokens, the points are debited, and your point balance will return back to the original total of 100.
Burning Example:
You have 100 $HYPER tokens, which by default have an associated 100 points. You choose to BURN 50 of those tokens, which are rewarded at a rate of 4x.
(50x4=200) + 50 = 250
You will now only hold 50 $HYPER tokens, but you will be credited the extra tickets as your reward, bringing your tickets total to 2. Those 200 points you earned from burning your tokens will stay with you forever, even if your token balance is 0.
